Ms Forbutt has worked closely with the NSW Department of Education and Training for the past four years. Her duties have included the development and delivery of numerous training courses, providing user documentation, managing IT projects and maintaining a LAN which has a server/client environment which consists of server administration, data management, backup implementation and monitoring, installation of software and hardware, networking client desktop computers to join the domain and network traffic monitoring.

Ms Forbutt has skills in online system analysis, design, implementation and support. She has experience in building online applications which use the .Net 2.0 framework and consist of two-tier or three-tier architecture as well as other web design solutions which have elements such as text, forms and complex media which require plug ins such as flash, quicktime and Java run-time environment and require languages such as html, xhtml, xml, javascript, sql and php.

Ms Forbutt is familiar with analysis and design of a database, and has had experience with oracle, mysql and mssql databases. In consideration of Ms Forbutt long term working relationship with the Department of Education and Training, she has keen interest in the development of online learning programs to assist in education. Ms Forbutt holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and a Diploma in Network Engineering.
